worst shake ever. Ordered 0 sugar. But it tasted super sweet. After a few sips, realize there are very little sorbet inside. That is why it takes so sweet. I complained in front the shop assistant. And she just stared at me doing nothing. Never order from this store. There are outlets offer much better drink and service.

Was at the store for pick up order. There's other people around. Only the staff at the right side was handling orders. The other 2 on the left was Busy talking inside. After a while when I was looking at them wondering why they are not helping when there's at least 4pax in front of the counter, den the middle lady came out. The one on the left just keep stareing

Bought just a simple coconut juice drink with no ice. Waited nearly 30mins. If waiting time for 30mins and more is not an issue then can buy from them.

The customer service is horrible, I pay $10 ask whether can change me some coins she did not even reply politely that she doesn't have instead shut me off straight. When I go back and asked the lady who served me she cannot even give me her name, asked me go and logged a complain about her and she hide herself at the back. Please take this seriously and look into the customer service of your staff. She is a young lady wearing metal glasses.

Ordered 2x large coconut shake, less stevia. BOTH have a sour taste and seems spoiled Edit: Service recovery was spot on, staff arranged to return for exchange. Still don't know what was the cause for the sourness.

Located on level 2 of the mall. 2 self ordering counter available. This store looks bright and clean. Overall service still could be considered accept. One burning question: why didn’t the design of the store incorporate the storage of the cups and straws. The cups and straws were left at the counter area. A bit ugly.

First time trying it. We had the coconut shake with extra coconut balls. This was so delicious, definitely one of my most favourite drink ever. The drink was very refreshing and with the chewiness of the balls, makes you can't stop drinking it.
