The jellies and pearls tasted too artificially sweet. The mochis were ok. But in general, it was like having a bowl of kid's sweets in fruit flavours. Not really a fan of it.

Terribly long wait times despite having 4-5 employees tending to the booth. Even wok hey next door, who actually has to fry the rice, is able to complete and deliver 10x more orders than Nine fresh. This is based on my observation after waiting for my nine fresh order for 45 minutes.

The female service staff has a very bad attitude. Even if I make a mistake, I don't even know how to say sorry. Even though the food is delicious, the staff's attitude is so bad that I don't want to come back

Long queue not because many people were buying but because the staff is extremely slow and disorganised. My order was placed on top at the counter for more than 10 minutes because the staff did not look up and was not informed, thus other orders after me were served. Quality has also dropped, it really is dependent on your luck because when they are near the end of the tray, you'll get the watery beancurd (liquid more than beancurd itself). Additionally, the toppings are spilled everywhere at the different work stations, making it looks disorganised and unhygienic. Have tried different outlets and the only ones that kept the standards of food quality as well as maintaining cleanliness are at Toa Payoh Central and Seletar Mall.

Today is mother day 12 May 2024 around 230pm. A long queue. A poor guy weoi jing if i am not wrong as i saw his name tag. He is busy rushing to clear the queue, juggling between cashier & preparing the desserts for customers. Thumbs up to the good service & hard work of him. Was disgusted by a lady who was wiping the sink slowly & chatting with the d laska staff, acting busy even that she had seen the long queue. I feel that the store should look into this lady which i did not get to see her name tag. As such bad worker will only affect the good worker attitude & nine fresh reputation.

DO NOT buy from this deceiving establishment. The bowl we get is nothing like the advertised picture! Meagre portion! You get better value from the local dessert hawkers.

the staff took the order of a customer infront of me, then spent 10 mins doing orders infront of me and left me waiting at the cashier without taking my order, despite obviously seeing me. they didn’t even bother to tell me to wait, just treated me as invisible. i did not end up ordering and just left.

Value for money, generous portions, tasty treat for a hot day in Singapore.

Quite nice about not a place to have a conversation.

Very small takeaway kiosk in the mall, but the desserts are good. They always fill it to the brim. Love that there’s a variety of ingredients to choose from as well. I remember that blackball used to be the go to for Taiwanese desserts, but nine fresh has taken over with smaller servings, cheaper prices, and more locations in the heartlands. Will continue to support

My favourite dessert store. There are 3 bases to choose from grass jelly, aiyu jelly, and bean curn. Any of them are good but I prefer the nine freah signature. My family prefers the aiyu jelly base. Can create own dessert here but I might never do that 😂

Great service!! I forgot to take out my loyalty card and only remembered when they gave me a new one. The girl very kindly stamped my old card for me. Thanks!!!

Tried Nine Fresh Dessert Taiwan Signature dish for $2.80. Not a bad portion for price! There's a choice of hard or soft peanuts. Pick whichever your teeth allows you to bite LoL! The mixture of grass jelly, beancurd and yam is pretty nice. Not too sweet surprisingly. Could have more yam and taro though
