aft serving the lady infront of me, the girl simply ignored me and proceeded to take some prep pizza trays. at least should have some basic courtesy to tell me to wait right? i was left standng thr for few min until the cashier asked for my order. aft i paid and got my pizza, i asked for chili flakes and the cashier coldly told me "not available".

3 staffs at the store but I neee wait for 5 mins to get someone come over take my order. 2 staffs saw me waiting but totally ignore nor even asking me to hold a while. There’s also no one in queue. Please treat your staff better and they might be happier working at Pezzo.

What a horrible experience, customer service was abhorrent, order was placed 10-15 mins after i was told the food will be ready in 10 minutes and it seemed that they forgot and the staff lady acted as if she had 0 care in the world when asked for the food, she just continued doing her dishes and the staff who took my order just walked off somewhere and it was a shame because he looked and acted very friendly but this was my first time ordering from this outlet and this was the first impression i got. Just horrible and disappointing, wont ever buy from this outlet ever again.

Here’s how the slice of pizza I had went: really thick crust with a very thin layer of topping…. So thin it was practically non existent. I reckon the generous helping of bbq sauce over the pizza was to compensate for that. What a letdown. Zero star would be a more apt rating

Saw on display the pizza , after seeing how appetising it was , I bought a whole pizza. It look different and not as satisfying as the one that was on display. Please make your pizzas all the same. Dont double standard. Pizza also just full of flour and the toppings are so so little. If you are stingy with your toppings. Dont do business.

Went to the store to redeem a personal pan pizza from shopback offer at around 7pm. The staff at the counter just turned and asked the other staff if they still wanted to make it, blatantly Infront of me, the other staff shook her head, and the staff turned back and told me that they have no more stock. Very disappointed in pezzo, was a frequent customer, never faced such bad service.

Went to the counter, placed an order, took my pizzas and left. Whole process is less than 5 mins. Kudos to Pezzo being faster than McDonald's and is not even a fast food chain. You have saved me from hunger. 👏 amazing! Highly recommend all patrons of McDonald's to visit Pezzo after you placed an order since it is going to be a 50 to 70 mins wait due to the everlasting 50 backlogs the McDonald's manager claimed to have every time you asked him for the last 50 mins.

Well served by Ms Serena at the the compass one outlet. She was pleasant, friendly & had a lovely smile. I had to change my order & despite her busy-ness, she patiently catered to my needs. Very nice experience & was happy to be served by her especially when I was getting the pizzas for a sibling who is unwell.

Pezzo's Pizzas are surprisingly cheesy (cheesier than Pizza Hut, Dominoes, or Canadian Pizza) If you're not a fan of thick, slightly chewy crust, this is probably not for you though. Their truffle mushroom cheese pizzas are delicious. The truffle flavour doesn't overwhelm, and compliments the mushrooms well. And. Very cheesy. Yums

Pros: Friendly staff 8 pizza options to choose from The lasagna is the best I have had in Singapore ($10) Cons: Only 3 tables to sit at shared with two other outlets, not enough for all customers Bit pricey at 5 dollars per medium pizza slice
