I bought the cakes as refreshments for invited guests. I requested to cut the cakes. I expect there's a standard when cutting the cakes. To my disappointment when i saw the cakes at home, the staff not only cannot cut the cakes in equal portions, she also cannot cut the cakes straight. All slanted. It will be embarrassing to serve to the guests. I should hv cut the cakes myself.

Went down to buy chicken pie and realised all sold out due to some promo. Was checking with your staff when promo ends so easier to buy, had to show her the the card displayed to make things easier. But this Malay staff came over roll her eyes n took the card away.

Used to patronise this place whenever our Taichi session ends. But the service standard is getting atrocious. By 9.30pm all 3 sometimes 2 staff will turned their backs busy preparing for off shift and ignore customers at the counter.

I was disappointed with my experience at Polar Puff. The server went out of her way to insist that I was not in the queue, even though I was. She said that someone else was ahead and, instead of handling the situation professionally, worked slowly and refused to take my order. This made my experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I made a detour just to buy a gift from polar puff for my student. Left without any thing because I hope not to make a big fuss. I hope the management can address such service issues to improve the customer experience.

Staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me to arrive at a decision for my daughter’s birthday cake. Do hope that Kuromi is offered as one of the cartoon-character themed cakes though.

They have wide variety of character cakes which my children loves. They offer CNY goodies and treats that are not too sweet so it's okay. The butter cake rolls are really good.

I was there to buy puffs on Wednesday 22 Jan around 430 pm. There was a short Malay salesperson. She was so rude ! I notice your staff, most of them there at Compass One, lack skills and courtesy. My advice, close your shop or change staff who are trained and friendly
