Staff are polite but not warm and welcoming. Dentist gave good brushing advice but does not pace scaling well. The instruction will be for you to raise your left hand if you needed a break inbetween scaling. Else she would complete both upper and lower teeth all at one go.
Appreciate the service but will not be going back again.

It's extremely difficult to make appointment with Raffles Dental. Went online to book for an appointment on the available date on the website, staff called back on the date of appointment to said they do not have an available slot for that day. As it's for my kid, so I requested for afternoon or evening slot, staff kept telling me morning slot which I had to keep replying that my kid is in school. When I asked further, the staff told me this week no slot, I am like, ok then you gotta share with me which is the next available slot. Then staff proceed to check for next week's slot. Then I had to repeat twice on the reason for visiting the dentist.
Maybe Raffles can do something about their appointment system and staff is more train. 🤦🏻♀️
(update: Dr Benjamin Yap is excellent. It was a positive experience. With that, I think they deserve a star. It would be great improvement if the appointment can be made easier.)

Dr Benjamin yap has been a caring and good doctor from experience. But the admin is letting things down. I was told that my company card can offer 15% off for dental services, but after my mum went, the 15% discount only applied to consultation fees, which was such a small portion of the fees. The nurse also did not communicate to the front desk that my mum was required to book a appointment at the main dental outlet at bugis. Very disappointing experience even if the doctor is pretty good.

was told that Raffles DENTAL only OPEN when there are appointments, and they do not have an official opening hours. according to the website, the operating hours are daily, and it’s also clearly stated that it opens daily at the physical clinic. but when enquired, Raffles CLINIC staff said that they are not aware and they “do not communicate” with Raffles DENTAL staff. nobody answers the phone even when you call to make a booking. extremely poor management.

I decided to call them for their service trusting them as they are a reputable company under Raffles Medical despite reading bad google reviews. However, after today incident, I totally understand why are the reviews so poor. Anyone who read this review, please think twice before going down to visit them. Any neighbourhood dental clinics, NTUC dental or Q&M would have much better service.

Please avoid this dental clinic. Irresponsible and inexperience Dentist who charge exorbitant fee. Went for cleaning and check on gum pain but Dentist says all is good, nothing wrong. One month later, the pain was very unbearable, so head to another clinic, the Dentist said that the pain was due to decayed wisdom tooth and said that the Dentist at Raffles dental has overlooked this.
Went to ask Raffles why this happened and the Dentist still insist he is correct.
Don’t waste your time and money to visit this dental clinic.

Went twice for my dental Appointment with Dr Cindy Chiu. Both her and her assistant was very gentle and nice to me. They treat their patient with respect. The guy name Edwin at the counter was very good. He is kind, friendly and ultimately the level of comfortability i have from the start to finish was superb. Keep it up!!!
