Very slow service, especially the front desk staff.
When the patient ask question, she totally no response at all but only use her hand to point her colleague who sitting beside her and expect the patient to check with her colleague without a word. And other staffs were standing there without any response as well. Impolite attitude, very unprofessional, and given me very bad experience!
Additionally, it took half hour for medication dispensing
And very disorganised where they called the behind queue number first and not by the sequence.
I suggest Raffles Medical Compass One look into this issue seriously as a medical treatment provider.
The front desk service staff should show polite, professional, patient and helpful!
Please use well trained staff instead of attitude staff.

The doctor here is excellent — very patient, knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of during the consultation.
However, the overall service experience needs a lot of improvement. I registered via qr code and despite that I had to wait quite a while and even have to ask them when I can register. The medication dispensing was also very slow, with little communication from the staff.
It’s a shame because the doctor is really good, but the front-desk and pharmacy processes feel disorganised. Unfortunately, the entire process is inefficient — you could easily end up spending almost 2 hours here due to slow registration and dispensing.

Have to call them to ask if my result for urine culture is ready. Staff said they called me. I checked my call log. NONE.
If I didn't call them, I would have just waited with no knowledge of my result. No effort on their part to reattempt call. No sense of urgency.
See doctor is always fast but have to wait so long for medicine. Has been going on for years. Seems to have no improvements. Wonder if they take feedback seriously. Ask for feedback but nothing done. For what send email asking for feedback? Have seen similar complaints here but nothing has improved. I went there just because it is under company. Otherwise definitely would choose other GP.

The worst clinic I have ever been.
My child was given an appt which I scheduled days back at specific timing. Despite the allocated appt, I waited 3 hours in total. The nurses or administrators are unfriendly, cos i told them i have an appt, they told me to wait at a side and take a q number , then I waited for 45 min and find it unusual why no one attend to me despite i have an appt. So I ask one of them then realise they just put me aside and ignore me completely due to their confusing processes.
Still waiting for 2 hours, then they told me their doc in charge is not familiar with checking on kids
I was shocked I told them I have call 3-4 days and even send them an email to specifically explain what is this check up for , how can they reject me after 2 hours wait later.
When I finally see the doc ( Indian and above normal weight doctor) let me tell you he is the worst and unethical Doctor I have ever met in my life. I have to specifically write it down cos he may affect many innocent children or patients due to his bad ethics.
He told me he is NOT train to check health for kids
And upon checking my daughter he insists he claim my daughter has irregular heart beat and physical body. And he threaten me either I pretend I never come to this clinic or he will put everything on raffles record. My goodness what a bad doctor.
The reason why I took a chance to write today is cos I verify my kid health with a renowned PD in Thomson who specialises in kids health and the doc confirm my child is totally fine, healthy and normal
Just to inform all parents out there how a bad doctor can cause us health scare and also affect their health record.
I am utterly utterly disgusted and disappointed in your services and shame on you.
Raffles medical - I strongly recommend you to investigate this case of your doc and your processes.
It upsets me so much I have to document it down to warn parents of your unethical services and conduct.

The nurse dispensing the medicine lacked situational awareness. It’s understandable if it was crowded but there was barely <8 patients waiting for their medicine. All the patients before me had their medicine dispensed but not mine.
My medicine was sitting at the registration counter while the nurse was happily chatting with another colleague. It was not until I approached the counter, that they then started to realise it was overlooked. When asked what caused the delay, they explained that the doctor had changed the medicine.

Registration couldnt keep up with the doctor speed. Doctor already done with patients thats registered and nothing to do already yet theres a line of patients who are here yrt reception is too slow to register them.
Consultation took less than 3mins. Dispensary which again is done by reception... took 1.5hrs.

Made Healthy SG 2nd review at 9am. Registered before 9am. The clinic let patients who registered even at 9.45am to go in before me.
Not recommended for Healthy SG patients (probably not much profit to them)

I had a great experience with Nurse Stephen during my test. He was very patient and ensured I was at my most comfortable the entire time. You can tell he’s really good at what he’s doing — and that naturally made me feel calm and reassured. Thank you for your gentle and professional care!

I came in for a body check-up and had a smooth, pleasant experience. Ida handled my registration, ECG, and other tests. She was helpful, polite, and answered all my questions clearly. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. The nurse who did my blood test was caring and professional. Dr. Gemaine was attentive and thorough. I also want to express my appreciation for those working in healthcare. I noticed there are quite a few negative reviews, but my personal experience was positive. Everyone I encountered today was kind and professional.

Kancha is very professional. I came for my thyroid test late at Saturday night almost 8:30am she quickly rushed and dis not reject me . She herself from the registration counter did register me . Refered me to see the doctor immediately. And took my blood test. She was rushing but i didnt feel a pain at all. Only then i knew the courier was calling out loudly. She was helping me get my blood test done and ready for the last collection of courier. She is so caring and helpful and if other staff would have just rejected me and ask me to come again next day. She respected and appreciated that i came all the way and did not inconvenience me to come again next day. Its very hard to find staff like this nowdays. She wa salso so kind , cheerful and helpful. Kindly put more staff like her and share this compliment with all your frontline staff at raffles as most of them are rude and not helpful at all. I know they are tired but there is a lot they can learn from Kancha. Small things like this really touches the heart of people and brings Raffles service to the next level. Thanks to Kancha and Raflles Compass One for the great job they are doing.
