First time eating at shabu sai on 6 Dec didn't wait long to be seated at around 8pm, the meal was great and service was excellent, you can tell the crews do have the spirit of hospitality with them. Maybe the rating is low due to previous service teams, but definitely not this one!

Very nice experience. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is good. Restaurant is very clean. You see how the staff clean and that's proper. And reasonnable pricing. Overall we really recommand. It's one of the best shabu-shabu around...

Very bad. We ordered some meat plates but cant finish so not even 10 minutes later, we asked if can be returned but the staff either denied for both return and allow us takeaway. BUT claimed charging us extra. I know there is certain policy in place for food. The meat wont contaminate straightaway so fine, i packed it myself taking my own food risk, didnt bother for them to pack for me. Then when we paid bill, the staff insisted to throw the packet yet also to pay for extra food. Extra cost doesnt matter but its a wastage of food. End of the day, the staff waived extra charge. But i wont visit to this branch again, ever. They are eyeing on customers like that? no way.

Patronised this outlet last night for dinner, and we were met with exceptional service from the entire staff. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive to me and my family. When we went to get some ice cream, it had run out, and we were informed it would be ready in 5 minutes. As we were engaged in our conversations and didn't keep track of time, a staff member came over to our table to let us know as soon as it was available. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but we really appreciated his thoughtfulness and effort. He even reminded me about my Compass One membership, which I had completely forgotten about, ensuring I could accumulate points. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with outstanding service!
