I have been a regular customer supercuts for probably more than a decade, since I was a kid. For the past few years, there has been a very rude and entitled front desk personnel - Irene.
Today, I came in on a Monday morning to trim and style my hair. As usual Irene was being her rude self, and snapped to ask “so you want hair cut or style?” while I was explaining to her the services I wanted. I would have thought the salon would be appreciative of the fact that I was adding on styling services, because usually I only do a trim. But I guess it was hard for Irene to understand a 5 minute explanation or have a basic conversation with a customer paying for the service. Bear in mind, the salon was generally quite empty given that it was a Monday morning.
Although I must say the hairstylist Christina, the other staff and even other patrons were lovely. 🌸
This is not the first time Irene has been rude, short and disrespectful, and it definitely won’t be the last. I think it’s best for the company to speak to Irene and find out what her issues are, whether she has issues with certain customers and if she would like to take an extended/permanent break away from the job. Thanks! :)

The most awesome and amazing place! It was so clean, and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made me feel so comfortable, and I felt at ease as they cut my hair. Whenever I had doubts, or queries, my hairstylist, as well as the other staff, did not hesitate to clarify my doubts. I loved my hair cut and I have to say, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and it was accompanied by the most amazing hairdo! Words cannot truly explain how amazing my experience here was. I came in as Nicole Williams, and left as Jessica Alba… PS. Do request for Olivia Loh, as your hairstylist. She is the sweetest lady ever, and gives a sick fade! Seriously recommend this lady!

I won't return to this hair saloon. I arrived with my son for a wash, blow-dry and haircut. Despite being informed of a wait time, we patiently obliged. However, the wait extended after my son was seated and even after his hair was washed. The attention of the hairdresser then shifted to two new customers, leaving my son with drenched hair and further delay. I expected that after attending to the new customers, they would proceed to dry my son's hair, but instead, she the proceed to wash the new customers' hair, disregarding my son's waiting with WET hair. If the salon is understaffed, they should manage customer expectations better. While I don't mind waiting, my son waiting with wet hair is definitely unacceptable. Every customer should be valued equally. I expressed my intention to pay for the hair wash, as we wouldn't proceed with the haircut. The receptionist, not the hairdresser, apologized and waived the fee for the hair wash. We opted to visit a different salon after,which provided a much better experience. I will not consider returning to this salon in the future.

Rude receptionist. Stylist was impatient with my child as well. Parents, please save your money and go to the salon next door. For the premium price they are charging, the service and hair cut given is atrocious. Service was so poor, even up to the point of making payment, receptionist made a face like can't wait for me and my child to leave.

I Have Been With Super Cut For More Than 20years Since It First Open At Compass Point Now Compassone. As Customer For Many Year With Experience They Also Know What Best For Them But It Turn Me Off With Her Unprofessional Behaviour. Please Fix Her Super Rude And Arogant Behaviour For Goodness Sake You Are In Service Line. It Turn Me Off & I Will Not Support Again Which You Probably Don’t Even Care Or Bother

Very bad head aches after head massage during hair wash , clearly felt he is not experienced in it ! Asked to stop after few massages and completed hair wash .Hope nothing happens to me. Not sure why they assign people who doest know much on massages

My mother and I have been coming to see Olivia for more than 20 years. Mum doesn't trust anyone else to colour her hair just right. These days, Mum is on a wheelchair but she can still transfer to the basin to get the dye washed. And Olivia and her team have been very patient and accommodating, it takes 4 of us, including the assistant who washes the hair, to assist Mum in getting her hair washed due to her back issue. Plus Olivia knows how to cut our short hair styles so that even if we don't see her in 2 months, the shape of the cut is still retained. It takes a lot of skill to do that! That's why we'll travel all the way from Buona Vista to Supercuts Sengkang. :D

Visited the compass one outlet for my son's first hair cut , they asked for $40 ( first time I heard in SG this price for a haircut) I agree immediately. And sat in the seat holding my son, The lady at front and the lady which came for hair cut were SUPER rude. We left the outlet immediately. And will never come back.
