Went to the stall at compassone 845pm on 12th Aug. Staff with abit long golden dyed hair was very rude, was ordering classic meal, before i can even say chicken wing, he cut in and shouting "what classic!! what classic!!"
Then when making payment was asking if we can still use everyday card, he say can can can, then after he processed and when i was about to scan, he started wait la wait la.
He processed the whole payment for non-everyday card, how would i know he processed wrongly. I cant even see the screen from the counter.
I always buy from this store, this is the first time i met him. Likely a new staff.
Everything I've said is nothing but the truth, please review your cctv, we have been cordial all along, please train your staff properly.
Be patient, at least let other's finish their sentence before shouting. Also, nothing wrong to make mistake, at least keep quiet than to start shouting.

Went there to buy lunch (chicken cutlet NL).
SURPRISED me when I was about to eat as the basmati rice were lumpy n watery soft (see photo after breaking up smaller lump).
Disappointed to have such experience as this packet costed me almost $7. Bad rice preparation process.

May i know this is fully cook? Feels very disappointed. First time try new menu from crave, quantity really drop a lot, can test the coconut not fresh from the rice. If not familiar with the recipe for chicken berempah better dun sell this menu!! Can test Chicken outside skin and the crunch is bitter test.!

Rice is so sticky. Ordered Royale and 2 x chicken wing set all the rice is sticky. Super disappointed. Normally the rice grains are long and separate but today really cannot make it. Thought I am eating ketupat. The Nasi lemak is not cheap but at least keep up the standard. We the consumers willing to pay but pls keep up the standard.

Quality went down the drain. Bought mine around 830pm today.

If you guys are cost saving so much then let us know before hand I can go elsewhere to buy Nasi Lemak. Even Ananas cafe nasi lemak rice isn't that bad...

This nasi lemak used to be one of my top choice. But lately 2 times when da-pao home, I was disappointed with the quality. The chicken wings over fried till its hard on the outside, furthermore the meat is not fresh, black in colour and with a weird taste.

I ordered the Royale with an extra sambal chilli and paid the additional $0.30. Before leaving, I specifically asked if there were two packets of sambal chilli included. The staff member confidently assured me there were. However, upon reaching home — a good 10-minute brisk walk away — I discovered only one packet in the box. I was understandably frustrated and walked all the way back to Compass One to get what I had paid for. When I returned to the store, the staff was nonchalant and unapologetic, which added to my disappointment. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or error.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, not just because of the missing item, but more so due to the lack of accountability and basic courtesy from the staff.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and improvements made to both accuracy and customer service.

The portion of the meat is ridiculously small until I can’t even believe it. I ordered the chicken cutlet the meat size is smaller than a kid palm size :( Just 2 pieces of meat

I was told to send in an email and they will respond accordingly. I sent in an email on 22 Sept 2024 , till date 8 October no reply from them at all.
Till date 05 November 2024 no reply from them at all. If don’t bother to even reply then in the first place don’t even ask us to email them.

Went to the Compass 1 outlet today. The male staff that was in charge of preparing the food was very rude. He was agitated seeing the long queue. And I was disappointed when upon reaching home, all my 3 packets of nasi lemak had no chilli. And here you are screaming at another customer ahead of me, telling that poor lady that she had to pay for extra chilli when she requested for more. So now, you did not give me any chilli, can I then get refund?

Horrendous service. Chinese guy and Malay girl working were so slow and communication was so bad. Ordered Nasi Lemak Royale. Girl took like 10 mins to prep. And FORGOT to add Chicken Wing, Ikan Billis and peanuts. Like how do you FORGET THE MAIN part when you take so long. There was no one waiting in queue also. And it was right before lunch time so everyone should be alert and ready. Horrible experience. Can't even contact Crave to get refund also. nonsense.

Fried chicken cutlet was very crispy I am assuming it’s freshly fried as it’s dinner hour. Queue was fast moving though there were a lot of people. Cashier was very polite and friendly. Food was yummyyyyy

I ordered 2 x takeaway last week. I found 1 x vegetable and 1 x bergedil missing. I went back to order a nasi lemak and wanted them to add back the vegetable and bergedil. All the staff apologized and gave me a free meal with a free drink of Bandung. They did not argue at all. I am really touched by their offer. I need to spread the word of their excellent attitudes and good service. I will be back!
