the food is generally okay. the staff were imapatient, rude, and slow. the female cashier at that time, after she took my order and turned around, she said kanasai. when i asked them for the chili, they tikd me it was at the back and asked me to get it myself while the aunty rolled her eyes at me while saying it.

Bad and rude service, cake was labelled wrongly. Given me the wrong cake, requested an exchange... But the cashier got impatient and was rude. Ordered prawn noodle and it tasted super salty, can't be consumed. Complained to one of the staff and nothing was done. First time experience such bad service and food quality at Toast Box.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Toast Box due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one staff member. A short-haired woman called me to the counter, and upon returning the buzzer, she threw it into a box and gave me an extremely hostile look. While the other staff were friendly, her behavior was unacceptable. I also noticed she seemed to have poor interactions with her colleagues. This incident has seriously affected my perception of Toast Box, and I hope management takes steps to improve their service standards.

Bought a Butter sugar thick toast and the butter is so little only in the centre of the bread. The sides and corners hardly any butter and was dry and hard plain toast :(
Coffee is good so the stars are for the coffee

Very salty mee rebus. Not worth the $ and time.
Long queue time on weekend morning as staff appeared to prioritise online order over physical customer.
Food quality control maybe also not good in the morning peak hours.

Ordered 2 x curry chicken. 1 portion came with 4 pieces of chicken, 1 portion came with 3. 1 portion had 3 potatoes but the other portion had only 1. Curry was so so. The chicken was not fresh, it was bland and you can tell that it was frozen meat.

This is one of Toastbox’s better outlet. Their food is nicer than their other outlets. Environment is more spacious and with proper aircon. We tried their mee rebus and curry puff. Both pretty nice. Their iced lemon tea too taste pretty good.

I often get my drinks and sometimes food from this outlet. Their Coffee or Tea has always been consistent and of good standard. This place is usually crowded so do expect a queue during peak hours. I do takeouts. There’s lesser chance to get a seat as many folks hang around and chit chat or just browsing through their phones with (sometimes empty) cuppa. Staff are generally attentive and nice.

Go for their asian delights - mee rebus, laksa etc they are delicious. The coffee and tea are also usually well-brewed. Service is usually not bad (better than yakun in the same mall)

Good traditional breakfast but can be crowded and hogging of seats hard for families to dine in unless come at not peak hours. Food wise is good.

Love the coffee c or yuan yang c at this outlet. The taste has always been standardized. Unlike the outlet at Rivervale Mall now tastes like water with evaporated milk ever since this young boy took over the role. Ruined my day having a diluted cup of coffee and also ruined my mood in the morning.

The most consistent Toastbox I’ve been to. Been to many others but this one hits closest to home. Frequent here with my wife. Plenty of seats for the many people who come on weekends.

Im a regular customer here quite often. But quite disappointing with one particular auntie who always at the curry section, never give me more potatoes in replace of not wanting the tau pok.
The previous time i came over, i told her i should have 6 potatoes instead of 3 since i dont want the tau pok. But she argued and insisted there isnt such rules and insist only 3 potatoes. I told her she can check with her colleagues now, im regular customer here and all her colleagues at the cashier counter know me well. All her colleagues told her is correct to give 6 potatoes in replace of not wanting the tau pok, hence, she give me 6 potatoes unwillingly.
Today i went to buy it takeaway, i wanted to check if there's 6 potatoes but i asked her if she did give 6 potatoes to me, she replied yes, hence, i didnt open to check.
Till i reach home and found out is still 3 potatoes and worst is half bowl of curry. Indeed quite disheartening that i didnt get what i paid for.
Dear toast box, please inform all your staffs to standardize all the standard it should be, or else you will lose your regular customer for good. p/s: that receipt is for you to keep track who is that auntie handling the curry counter at that point of time.
From unsatisfying, disappointing and upset regular customer.

Busy outlet on a weekday 10.30am. Queued for 15-20mins for seats. The milk tea was nice and the laksa broth was flavorful. However, their original noodle was mee tai mak instead of the common used thick rice noodle.

Efficient preparation of meals, only thing is the long queue ahead. Usually busier from 830 - 930am. If u come at 10+ on weekdays, it's less crowded.
Overall nice place!
